At Smoke Rise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the package is scanned to track your return shipment back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
